If you are using Safari, you may have noticed this annoying issue: Sometimes when you are browsing half way down a page, clicked a link and went to some other page. Now you want to go back to where you were reading. You hit the “back” button, but Safari does not jump back to the location half way down the page that you were reading. Instead, it takes its sweet time displaying the top of the page while it loads some contents and then jumps down after the whole page is reloaded. This can be very annoying, and I have always want to find a fix.
Now here’s the fix: simply hit the “Esc” key on the keyboard right after you hit the “Back” button. Safari will jump right to where you were reading.
